5. Refund Policy
Our guarantee states that your case
will be ready to be filed within 48
hours after all documents and supporting
documents have been provided to us by
you. If we fail to have your case ready
in that time, we will refund your fee to
EZ Kwik Pro There are no refunds for any
other reason. The questionnaire that is
sent to clients is prepared specifically
for that particular case, to insure that
we have all the information necessary to
file successfully. Much of our work
consists of preparing the questionnaire
carefully, specific to the client's
needs. With most applications, several
forms need to be filed. In some cases,
as many as seven forms are needed. All
of the questions to get the necessary
information for all the forms,
applications and petitions are inserted
into the questionnaire prepared for each
client. Since time is of the essence, a
list of required documents is prepared,
along with the necessary supporting
documentation as soon as someone becomes
a client. We hope you understand that
once we begin work on your case, we
can't go back. Please make certain that
you want to have your case processed
before proceeding.
6.Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall all be governed
and construed in accordance with the
laws of The United States of America
applicable to agreements made and to
be performed in The United States of
America. You agree that any legal
action or proceeding between This
Site and you for any purpose
concerning this Agreement or the
parties' obligations hereunder shall
be brought exclusively in a federal
or state court of competent
jurisdiction sitting in The United
States of America . Any cause of
action or claim you may have with
respect to the Service must be
commenced within one (1) year after
the claim or cause of action arises
or such claim or cause of action is
barred. This Site's failure to
insist upon or enforce strict
